TNA already has a working agreement with ROH’s Women’s division (SHIMMER), and with the focus going back on pure wrestling, this seems like a natural step to help both companies grow.

I don’t think so. From what it sounds like ROH is kind of working with WWE. They used Bryan Danielson in a dark match the other night before Raw and it was given permission by ROH.
