   Sting may have never wrestled for Vince, but the WWE Hall of Fame is pretty much the true Hall of Fame of wrestling.
   Sting’s contributions span through 3 companies and nearly 3 decades. Seeing as how Vince bought WCW, it means he owns Sting’s WCW video collection and in turn his legacy.
   Sting deserves a spot in the WWE Hall of Fame and will most likely be inducted as soon as he is finished with TNA.

   he could be inducted to the hall of fame because he owns all rights to stings wcw history now and theres a few people that hasnt worked for vince look there inducting awa promoters into the wwe hall of fame and they never worked for him but when sting retires i am sure he will be offered a spot but its up to sting to rather or not except it and another thing wwe does promote sting alot in there dvd products

   Sting deserves every accolade that comes his way but as long as he’s working for TNA he will never be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Maybe once he retires from wrestling they’ll try to induct him but I think that he would respectfully turn down their offer.

   i say he deserves to be in the hall of fame he was very loyal to the wcw and he went to tna cuz he did not want to work with the thing which ran wcw out of bussiness so i dont think vince will let him but then again since wwe own wcw they could still put him in

   I Agree WIth That Ace Person, Sting Do Deserves To Be In The Hall Of fame But he Is In TNA & That’s A WHole New Thing That Has Nothing To Do With WWE So Yes I Would But No Becuase He Isn’t A Part Of WWE

   They should induct him, as WWE is the umbrella over the old WWF, WCW, & ECW. However, as long as Sting is in TNA, it’ll NEVER happen.

   A WWE Hall of Fame will actually lower the Stingers reputation.

   Even though he deserves it, I don’t think he should be in the hall of fame, because he never wrestled for Vince.

    The idea of the WWE Hall Of Fame is to honor people who have made considerable contributions to the wrestling business. Verne Gagne, Eddie Graham, and Cowboy Bill Watts never worked for the McMahons yet are in the WWE Hall Of Fame for their contributions to the wrestling business as a whole (not just the McMahons’ end of it).
    Sting didn’t train future Hall Of Famers as Gagne did, nor was he a booker the caliber of Graham and Watts, but he IS an iconic character; everybody knows who Sting is. Sting is synonymous with WCW and was even called WCW’s “franchise” by the promotion AND the fans.
    Sting, more than any other performer, helped bring WCW out of it’s Southern “rasslin” roots and into the modern times. And was one of the main reasons why Vince couldn’t just come in and stomp WCW out of existence as he had so many other promotions.
    Sting is as deserving of a spot in the WWE Hall Of Fame as any other “legend” already in that Hall Of Fame.
