How Can Wwe Superstars Wrestle Day After Day When Every Night They Wrestle, They Get A Beaten Body?
How can WWE superstars continue to work day after day after day? They get a beaten body every time they wrestle, so how can they keep their body healthy when going to autograph signings nearly every day and on top of that they have to suffer beatings in the ring?

Got something to say?

Basically it’s a combination of being fit and healthy, staying in shape, eating well and looking after themselves. They get the right amount of sleep and spend time in the gym working out and keeping on top of their game. This site might help explain it better.http://en.allexperts.com/q/Pro-Wrestling…
They live on painkillers, see very good physios and are very dedicated about their job. Although the moves can be quite painful the wrestlers dont get too badly beaten or hurt. They are in great shape (most of them) and get time off when storylines allow, i.e Edge at the mo is off to rest and heal up a bit.
The wrestling guys are amazing and dont get enough cred for what they do, they are passionate, dedicated and risk everything for the business and its great people like us notice it and aprreciate it x
They can take human growth hormones injections and supplements which help them heal and stay tip top. My job as a massage therapist thrashes my hands after 8 hr days over and over, but I take collagen and gelatin, and it helps those muscles recover. Human growth hormones are expensive and risky to your health, not my really my thing.
Truth is they are usually hurt and get worse as they get older.
Someone here said that after 100 bumps they wouldn’t hurt? Not true – Tazz got scooped slammed so hard one time it made him spontaneously ejaculate!
Painkillers, proper technique and steroids seem to be the answer but the roid thing is fading now the WWE actually do drug test their wrestlers.
What aout TNA? Think Angle or Steiner would pass a drug test? And Nash is well jacked. But then do you really believe Triple H isn’t a roid freak? And Vince McMahon would’ve failed a test a year ago, and that’s why I think he’s off TV. Seriously.
Pain Killers.
Most of them are on steroids, pain killers, etc. It makes them forget about the pain. Plus, they do that for a living, so they are definately used to it by now.
They get paid millions of dollars anyways, so I’m sure they are willing to sacrifice some pain for some money.
They’ve been taught how to deal with pain. And, basically, a lot of is real stuff, a lot of it is make belief. With the real bits, I’m sure its over exaggerated. They know how to deal with it and they been doing it for years.
Xx
Im really sure that it hurts, but you have to realize that they btake painkillers and they get massages, and also that they get fakly injured sometimes like edge, and they take breaks to rest up
Every wrestler must be trained to withstand the pain match after match. It is really quite a sacrifice to become a wrestler.
well thats why they are superstars in wrestling..
They have steel body which is not even affected by hammers and chairs..
Thats the reasons they are the Wrestlers and we are the Spectators..
LOLZ
They don’t wrestle everyday they get days off. Because I’m friends with some of the wrestlers and I grew up around wrestling so they don’t wrestle everyday they get breaks.
I have wondered the same thing. Also, how do they keep going with all the traveling they do? They are amazing.
Some people do painkillers if necessary but most people have to deal with it since thats their job.
They have this thing where people heal there backs with their hands everyday.
They take lots of pain killers….xx
