You can make any kind of cake you want, but make it square. You should also get some icing, and use black food coloring, because WWE rings are black. For the four poles on each side of the ring, use things like candy cigarettes clustered together to be round (NOT real cigarettes, but white candy in a cylindrical shape).
To make the ropes is difficult. one way you COULD do it is use cut liquorish and attach it somehow to the poles on the four sides. You could also just use string or pipecleaners, but those would not be able to be eaten.
For the middle of the ring, just look up the WWE logo and add it on with some colored icing.
    Fun tip:
If you want to give him a good birthday present, you can also put some Action Figures on top of the cake.

Im not exactly a cook im only 15 but my advice would either be take a photograph of a WWE ring to a bakers and ask them to be creative and make one. Or, you could have a basic sponge cake (maybe with jam inside) and have the sides of it black (food colouring). Then have the top bit (the surface) a white colour, so use icing. Then, you would need the turnbuckles and the ropes. Im not sure what you could use for the turnbuckles, but their black, so maybe you could get some marzipan and use black food colouring and create them that way. Then, for the ropes, you could have red laces and just basically tie them round each of the turnbuckles. Sorry if this doesn’t help, but im not a cook but my advice would be to go to a bakers. If not, then be creative and use the tips i gave you :)

I guess you can make it into a square. If he has a toy ring, u can use the turnbuckles and ropes. if not u could use toothpicks and thin ropes or even Popsicle sticks. Hope this helps. And tna sucks whoever answered first.
