In The 90s Which Division Was Better Wcw’s Cruiserweights Or The Wwf’s Lightheavyweights?

The WCW Cruiserweight division was better by a ton over the WWF Lightheavyweight division.
Not only was it better, it was deeper in talent as well. WCW had Rey Mysterio, Dean Malenko (those two alone could make up the division themselves), Psicosis, Juventud Guerrera, Ultimo Dragon, Jushin Liger, Eddie Guerrero, Billy Kidman, Chris Jericho, Chavo Guerrero, Shane Helms, Syxx (X-Pac)…and that’s with me missing a bunch of luchadors that were in that division.
The matches in the WCW Cruiserweight division were one of the attractions to WCW because it brought forth the agility of the smaller wrestlers to mainstream wrestling.
The WWF Lightheavyweight division had a few talents too..but was no where near as deep as the WCW Cruisers.
WWF had Taka Michinoku, who was very talented, then they had Brian Christopher who did not have the same agility as the Cruiserweights in WCW..or Taka for that matter. X-Pac came along back to the WWF and was added to that division. Then there was Essa Rios…after that, there was not much in that division that you can call outstanding talent for that division.
Aside from Taka and Essa, who were great at being smaller wrestlers..there was no one in the WWF Lightheavyweight Division that was as good as the best in the WCW Cruiserweight division.

    the cruiserweights division was better by miles. they had some of the best matches and the best wrestlers. even chris jericho was in the cruiserweight division in wcw back in the days. you had psicosis,chris jericho,rey mysterio,chavo guerrero(at his best),eddie guerrero,ultimo dragon and many many more.

    Cruiserweights! And cruiserweights are the best division in the WWE! (If it can really be considered a “division” anymore…)

    WCW’s Cruiserweights…. I loved WCW… but stupid Vince McMahon just HAD to buy it. That f*cking idiot. WCW was the best.

    The cruiserweight divison had more excitement and when vince bought it he tried to replicate that success but he couldn’t do it. Man did i love the WCW cruiserweight division
