No, after what happened that night it was never released on tape.

No it isn’t, not a legal copy anyway. It’s the only PPV in history to not be officially released, mostly because of Owen Hart’s death and they wanted to show respect by not putting it to DVD. You’d only actually see Owen Hart’s death if you were there in person, it wasn’t shown on TV.

No it was never released. The only way you could have seen it is if you had bought the ppv in 99. (i did)
