What Does The Brand Tna Stand For?

What does the brand TNA stand for? Some of my friends said it stands for Tristan and America, but i thought it meant **** n ***. But the little sign with it that looks like a flower with 3 leaves, is that the TNA sign? or is it the Aritza store sign?
