I say bring back Paul Heyman..
I’m sure he would never run out of ideas to use the unused wrestlers.. And he would get new-fresh storylines instead of the crappy ones.. Maybe the Diva’s division would change, and the Main-Eventers wouldn’t be the same as always..
But that’s just a maybe..
They are doing good, IMO.

Why does wwe have to always be on top its not like tna and wwe compete they dont go agianst each other for ratings so they are co exsisting i hate this bs where wwe rulz and everyone else sucks you should be a wrestling fan not just a wwe fan and give other promotions a try professional wrestling is not all about wwe you should not be loyal to one company give other things a try and you might find other promotions refreshing like aaa roh tna noah.
Get new writers and refresh the product. Smackdown’s arguably the best wrestling show on television because they’re pushing young talent and new faces along with their established wrestlers, as well as putting on decent storylines. Compare that to RAW, which has become stale and of poor quality while lacking the wrestling component that Smackdown provides in droves.
PG doesn’t bother me because I know it’s just a phase; once the kid fans grow up, we’ll get more grown up television, though hopefully we’ll get more of the great characters/storylines and less of the needless stupidity that came along with the Attitude Era. But WWE needs to become far less stale, that’s the big problem that’s killing its flagship show.

8 get rid off the tag team tittles and have one for raw and smack-down maybe they can fight on wwe superstars for it
and same with the divas if they not getting enough time on raw smack-down they should put them on wwe superstars and put the belts on the show as well
9make ecw 2 hours i really enjoy watching young talent like tyson kidd etc making big impact on ecw.
They need to make wrestling serious again because at the moment it is a joke. Look at the tag team division Carlito and Primo never defend there titles because there is barely any tag teams. But slowly it can if WWE want to can get better. Because you have teams like The Hart Trilogy, Legacy, Cryme Tyme, The Worlds Greatest Tag Team is back so the tag team division can be good like it once was but with a lot of hard work from the creative team which I am afraid might not happen.
Also WWE needs to get new storylines and not repeat storylines and keep making more and more feuds with the same people for example Randy Orton vs Triple H have feuded 3-4 times for the title and it gets annoying seeing those two fight again and again.
WWE needs to save the divas division in my mind Ms Wrestlemania might of helped the divas division with the winner being a diva and saying she was the best diva then the womens champ saying I am the best. But it is a disgrace Santina vs Vickie Guerrero in a hog pen match for miss WM. I would rather watch Michelle McCool vs Melina in a Submission Match or a good extreme match but the divas division I think has been messed up so badly that it will take 5-6 years to make it good again but the creative crew are too lazy to do that so I think we will keep seeing Kelly Kelly vs Maryse or Candice vs Maria or Eve vs Layla for a long time to come.
My final point is that they need to use the potential of all there wrestlers like Mr Kennedy the man was proclaimed to be a WWE Champion and on Raw he said he was going to be the next wwe champ and then gets fired. Christian could also be getting a great push rather than vs Swagger or Dreamer while 5 years ago he was versing Chris Jericho and in world title matches.
But lastly they need to be consistent and actually keep having good shows and not just waste a pay per view or show like with Judgment Day it was just a fill in pay per view and I think same will be with Extreme Rules but I think WWE will stay like this until Vince retires and whoever takes over needs to dramatically make some changes.

They should introduce new wrestlers in the ring so that the audiences do not bored by watching the same fights over and over again.
One more drawback of this entertainment world is that over a period of time it has become monotonous.They should implement some new rules and regulations or introduce something which catches the eyes and attention of the audience and this entertainment world prospers.
For one, revamp the women’s and tag team divisions.
In addition, push wrestlers that are talented and mix up the feuds a bit instead of having the same people at the top again and again. In addition, the story lines need to improve; yes, I know it is a PG era but it doesn’t justify the sub-par story lines that WWE currently has in place.
Plus, push people who can actually wrestle. The thing is, some fans are now able to tell who are actually talented wrestlers and wrestlers that aren’t as talented.
WWE needs to stop having the show revolve around one storyline and focus on others as well. I remember enjoying watching the WWE because there were a wide range of storylines that I was looking forward to seeing. But now, it seems like it is the Randy Orton show which is super annoying.
Finally, Vince needs to step down and new writers need to be hired because they do not know how to put on a decent show anymore it seems…

6. Revive the Cruiserweight Division
7. Reduce the number of “Divas” to 2-3 and have them work as Managers/Valets for the wrestlers who only wrestle if the storyline calls for it.
8. Hire & Push REAL womans wrestlers.
