   finlay v.s matt hardy. are contenders for the intercontinental championship.
   yoshi and shelton benjamin are disrespected by koslov and jackson so they challenge them in a tag team match. jamie noble returns to ecw as a heel and dresses up as a villan, so hurricane helms challenges him to a duel before noble unleashes his evil plan. nexct chavo talks the talk and says i am too talented and evan bourne makes an opening challenge to shut him up. Finally haas joins raw as a face, masters turns face and they challenge hart dynasty because they made fun of masters.

   Chavo Guerrero – Promote him! Turn him face and feud him with Chris Masters.
   Shelton Benjamin – Promote him and emphasize his face turn. Feud him with Zack Ryder, too.
   Charlie Haas – Promote him, turn him face, and possibly reform the World’s Greatest Tag Team so they could feud with The Hart Dynasty.
   Evan Bourne – Promote him a little bit, but not too much. He’s not main event material, but he could be a mid-carder to feud with Swagger.
   Chris Masters – He’s doing fine. Feud with face Chavo.
   Jamie Noble – Fire him. Just wasting space and money if you don’t do anything with him.
   Hart Dynasty – Keep them where they are and let them grow. A feud with the World’s Greatest Tag Team works fine.
   Hurricane Helms – He’s doing alright, leave him as he is.
   The Miz – He’s doing fine. Send him to SmackDown! to feud with John Morrison.
   Vladimir Kozlov and Ezekiel Jackson – Turn Ezekiel face and make it ECW’s biggest feud.
   Yoshi Tatsu – Leave him as he is, but if ECW gets more talented superstars, fire him.
   Finlay – Promote him and feud him with CM Punk and Matt Hardy.
   Matt Hardy – Jeff Hardy’s presence will not be felt in the WWE after SummerSlam, so turn him face and feud with CM Punk and Finlay for the title.

   Chavo Guerrero, Matt Hardy, and Shelton Benjamin need to be bumped up to main events. They have the talent to be top superstars, but they are booked horribly. What has Chavo Guerrero done to deserve being put in a ridiculous feud with Hornswoggle? I’d also put Helms in the IC title hunt. I don’t know about the other stars you listed.

   Get rid of all of them but Matt Hardy. I can’t believe they brought back Chris Masters, he was pointless the first time around. And The Miz is just annoying. Get rid of Legacy too, they’re just riding on their fathers coat tails. Oh yeah and Hornswaggle, thats real talent. Then I saw Eugene last night too, greeeat. Pfft.
