After the End Of The Era First Blood match between Austin and Undertaker at Fully Loaded 1999 for the WWF title. The stipulation was that if Austin once Vince would leave the WWF for good and if Taker won Austin would never get another WWF Title shot every again.

Vince OWNS the company. He does what he wants, when he wants, and EXACTLY how he wants to do it.
Besides, it’s no longer the WWF.

whenever they do those “leave WWE for good” it never sticks look at last years TLC match Taker vs Edge if Edge won which he did then Taker would leave the wwe for good but look how long that lasted i guess my point is those stipulations r like the superstars vacations

Becuase Vince McMahon owns the WWF/WWE and the stipulations for matches are soo boogus. Taker has died like a billions times, why does he come back to life, becuase he makes McMahon money.

Lots of wrestlers have come back after being fired/having to quit in a match.
Vince McMahon owns the company. He can come and go as he pleases.
