Yes. He had the strength and speed for his size being a big man himself. He had the image that Vince wants from his wrestlers. He might have not been great on the mic, but he was about good or above average on the mic. He brought full impacted power to all his matches with all his moves he nailed down. He wasn’t used the way some fans would wanted him to be used, but he had full potential out of most mid card wrestlers to be a WWF Champion at the time. Even during his run in the WWE change, he still had the same potential but wasn’t used in the main event picture. He could have been a great big man champion and had some great feuds along with storylines.
